Fun fact: in order for NFL teams to have an alternate black helmet or jersey, they must either: a) have had one before or b) have black somewhere on one of their primary uniforms That’s why the Colts & Commanders added black to their away looks… only to give us 2 dreadful unis

Ange is right btw. No big club celebrates losing a match that cost them a UCL qualification just because it stopped their rival from winning the title.
How Spurs are still regarded as a ‘top 6’ club is beyond me. They’re more of an Arsenal hate institution than a sporting institution built for success.

@Billie_T I was on a rural estate,this was the day before my cousin's wedding. Very little data reception. A group of fellas at a table next to us had a stream and kept cheering. I feared the worst and didn't ask about the score. I was oblivious until I went to my room to watch MoTD... 😲

We need a nation wide campaign to stop the referees giving fouls for defenders falling over when they’re under pressure facing their goal and grabbing the ball.
It’s honestly the worst thing in football.

@MrCracknell Referees absolutely have to be forced to come out and be interviewed after the game and explain decisions like that, they'll soon sort themselves out knowing they'll be ridiculed on live TV if they cock up like this

How have highly paid supposedly professional officials, sat in a room taken a moment or two to take a look at that and decided that was worth a second look for the ref.
And then the ref also sees it as a penalty too.
Genuinely, I'd be embarrassed if given the other way

@Flav_Bateman Was thinking about this the past season or so. I hate boring football. But a good game, even a loss can be enjoyed. The tension and nerves. Sport itself is amazing - you FEEL something that an unexpected outcome gives you. Don't get that with trainspotting as a hobby.
