Managers rolled out the dashboard to track adoption and spending, and they’re now actively pushing teams to use more AI.
Some of the engineers have turned it into a friendly internal competition they call “tokenmaxxing”
Software teams at Disney are quietly shifting from writing every line of code themselves to let all the work to AI agents.
