This sounds cool on social media, but what exactly are you buying? A bunch of undeveloped land that looks like it's nowhere near a major city. Unless his son spends hundreds of thousands developing that land, it won't appreciate. Everyone who says "land is something they're not making more of" is making a stupid argument.
