This doesn't just put artists at risk, it puts every Twitter user at risk. Anyone can use AI to edit images of real people posted on this platform, simply a family photo, PAST OR PRESENT. Why is this enabled by default without any consent of the people who shared those images?

Every time I log onto Twitter, it somehow gets worse. Like genuinely, who asked for this?

NOBODY asked for this new picture editing feature. This is so harmful on so many levels. My anger is immense.

DON'T POST ANY IRL IMAGES FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY! Twitter implemented a new update that everyone can edit any uploaded image through AI! From what is known until now, you can't disable this option! Please, for your own safety, I repeat: Do not share your IRL pics on Twitter and make sure you erase all of them while still in time!
