Let Easter give us hope of a better Nigeria ahead.
As we commemorate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, even amid difficult times, we encourage you to remain steadfast in hope. Indeed, “Good Friday must come before Easter Sunday,” and our present challenges must not define our future.
We understand the heavy burden many families are carrying as a result of economic hardship. As we share in your struggles, we urge you not to lose heart. These difficult moments are temporary trials—our collective “cross”—that can lead to renewal if we remain resilient and committed to the common good.
Our nation continues to face serious challenges, especially in governance and the impact it has on the daily lives of citizens. Yet, Easter reminds us that after sacrifice comes renewal, and after darkness comes light. A better Nigeria is possible when we, together, choose accountability, compassion, and responsible leadership.
We remain hopeful that, through God’s grace and the determination of our people, the journey ahead will lead to a brighter future. Though the road may be rough, we believe in a Nigeria that works for everyone.
May this Easter renew our faith, strengthen our resolve, and inspire us to work together for a just and prosperous nation.
Happy Easter. -PO

Currently at the Accident and Emergency Unit of Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH), attending to one of the victims of the recent Angwan Rukuba attack.
A man was brought in, badly injured. He said his name is Tayo Johnson, and he’s from Gombe. He was only passing through when he got caught up in the violence.
Sadly, he lost his phone and bag during the attack, and right now, he has no relative or contact person with him.
He mentioned he works at TJ Printing Press in Gombe, and that he knows people around Plateau Riders in Jos, especially those in printing—he specifically mentioned someone linked to Mohammed Printing Press.
Please, if you know Tayo Johnson, or anyone connected to these places, kindly reach out or come to JUTH A&E.
This is a moment where humanity matters. Let’s help reunite him with his people 🙏 — at J.U.T.H.

@umukoroDeltaBoy @InibeheEffiong Why do men not have conscience?
You left the bone on contention and swayed into banter.
Just know rain doesn't fall on one roof alone, is a matter of time for it to go round if this menace is not out to an end.

@guzu_p I have repeatedly said this, a girl who is a virgin will never tell you she is a virgin.
The fact you tell me you are one, it's a simple litmus taste that I will be drilling borehole.
English

It's only naive men women fool with virginity. As for me, i know my way to ascertain if a woman is truly a virgin.
I won't wait until marriage to see a borehole in between her legs. I must confirm it myself before thinking of taking her seriously.
I won't be fooled!

Home of Peace and Tourism.
That is the nickname of Plateau State in North Central Nigeria. A state that used to pride itself with providing exotic vibes to residents and visitors, has been grossly violated by terrorists time and time again.
Peace in Plateau has become an old wives tale. The government whose primary responsibility to its citizens is to protect them, is rehabilitating criminals and releasing them into the society to commit more crimes. Kidnapping is at an all time high. Arson is at an all time high. Genocide is at an all time high. Even children and women are not spared. The street is filled with the blood of its own people while the elected officials are standing on a political mandate to reclaim office in 2027.
I’ve not seen this level of tone deafness in my entire life. The country is burning but the leaders are partying. In some countries, the country would be burning and politicians would be fleeing the country as citizens shut down and burn the country. When is enough going to be enough. Our death toll is reading war time numbers when we are in ‘peace’ time. Cost of living is already taking the lives of the living. Standard of living is at an all time low. HDI is embarrassing low. We are living like rats in 2026, running helter skelter for food and water while hoping not to be shot in the process.
Speaking in Nairobi in 2006, Barack Obama told the students of the University of Nairobi that, “if the people cannot trust the government to do the job for which it exists - to protect them and to promote their common welfare - all else is lost, and that is why the fight against corruption is one of the biggest fights of our time.”
Nigerians, all else is lost. We are the horror story people in Cairo and Lusaka wake up to read about in the dailies. We need to wake up. Pleateau is bleeding and it is only a matter of time, the entire country is drained of blood.

@EstherUmoh10 When this man came onboard, Nigerians were happy following precedents of his past work as CDS. Today, he has been aligned to the Jagaban squad, where goodwill is far fetched. How men easily sway, is something that has not been studied enough.
