Over 50 times in the election Labour told the public they had no plans to raise taxes. Now they’re laying the ground to break their word. Raising taxes will be the ultimate betrayal of working people and the mandate Labour were elected on. The British people will not forget it.

The response of @thameswater to flooding in Chalfont St Peter and other areas this year has been disgraceful. Yesterday I welcomed plans to introduce tougher penalties on water companies that dump sewage in our rivers and fail their customers.

My followers have dropped off again. Usually I find that this is Twitter glitch (automatic, deliberate?) and people have been kicked off from following me without their knowledge. No idea why. If you can help me reach them by RTing that would be amazing!

Half term ended with a #stem day organised by the Science department. Activities included Forensic investigations, building a Hawker Hurricane with @shuttleworthtrust, a @McLarenF1 car workshop and more with a theme of ‘back to the future’ #sciencetechnologyengineeringmaths
