This hacker basically got access to my number and gained access to my email, my banking information and other important accounts. This is a SERIOUS privacy breach that should not have happened. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

How can your system not detect someone using a SIMILAR but not EXACT username to log onto my account. Your system allowed this hacker to take over my account and proceeded to swap out my sim.
