Day 1 Daily reflection log starts here. Important because thoughts and emotions while impactful, gets only little attention. It wasn’t the best week for me, so I spent the weekend connecting the dots. A productive weekend already, excited for the new week 🩵

THOUGHTS I took a silly loss yesterday or so. I just couldn't resist the urge to experiment on something. Decided to turn a blind eye to it. No journal or nothing. Completely forgotten Was able to catch a good trade today. So first trade of the month it is 🔥 Happy new month!

The second trade shouldn't have happened. But it did! I overtraded. The move was clear, and I couldn't help it. I was almost at 9.8% drawdown at the time. I think I suck at protecting capital, so that's what I'll be working for the rest of the week.

I think what happened was I missed the execution I was looking at, so I wanted to make up for it on the LTF and not miss the entire move. Overtime, I've noticed it's a bad idea to look for an alternate entry after the original one gets missed due to emotions coming into play.

THOUGHTS Both trades were actually very nice. Unfortunately it didn't go as planned, which is okay. I stayed out after the loss, and I was gonna execute only if there's something super interesting. I had already hit my max trades. So every trade afterwards didn't stick to plan
