CT has had covid this week so I’ve had to step up and teach the class all week - Unable to get supply! It’s been a long exhausting week but I’ve excelled myself, proved myself and today the HT told me my Temporary contract is being made permanent!! 🎉🎉🎉🥰

2 Fantastic PE lessons today which showed all of our school values and took 5 minutes to prep and 10 minutes to plan! Put lots of equipment in the middle of the playground, split the children into groups and get them to create their own obstacle course! 🔥🔥

Next Wednesday I have to read a book to a group of children. I have to chose the book and I want to target KS2. I’m thinking the Rosa Parks Little People Big Dreams book! Any thoughts?

A child today with the weight of the world on their shoulders! Worrying about what’s going to happen to all of those people in Ukraine, worried about the people without power because of the storms! Such innocent and beautiful minds 🥰

It’s probably just me but for the first few days of half term does anyone else suffer from separation anxiety from school? I miss the people I work closely with on a daily basis but I want to try and disconnect from school! 😩😩
