I've been focused on losing weight since January (without the use of needles). No gym, just calories in, calories out. January 5th: 118.80kg March 9th: 112.95kg My aim is to be 110kg by the time Summer Festival season starts! 🔥

As much as 67 is annoying to some, it's been a great way to break down an initial barrier when kids hurt themselves. If you've ever rendered AID to a child, you'll understand that sometimes they're reluctant to even talk. Doing the 67 gesture has been a great tool 😂
