I decided to make some changes in my pitching motion. I noticed that my old motion caused some timing issues at the end of my pitch. Hoping these changes not only help my timing and whip but also my speed! @ProStyleSB @CoachScibelli @MuskingumUnivSB @GVSUSoftball @SRU_Softball
