They control the police, the courts, and key agencies like the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission. Even if you focus on local governments, accountability is limited when the same system shields them from the top. Please you must stop the constant APC propaganda messaging. The government must take responsibility for creating an environment where criminals are able to operate and profit unchecked.
