A few weeks ago, I took my Sp3 students to the local landfill as part of our unit on Ecology & the Environment. They learned firsthand how our community recycles trash—an eye-opening experience! #langchat

In our unit on clothes, I taught my Sts about Inca culture & Peruvian weaving—then they got to try weaving themselves! Such a fun, hands-on activity. Big thanks to @Profeearly for the inspiration & Mrs. Ramos Gomez for sharing and getting all the materials! #langchat

My SP1 students built schools with cardboard to practice school vocab, prepositions and haber/estar. “En mi escuela hay…” “El baño está al lado de la cafetería” It was a bit chaotic but it was fun. 😁⛪️👷‍♀️#msvickysidea #langchat.

My Sp4 Sts made flyers about what a good friend looks like and used subjunctive to give recommendations and suggestions to cultivate friendships. #langchat

SPN4. Unit on Friendships. We talked about “Día del Amigo”, a big deal in my country, 🇦🇷, where we dedicate a day to celebrate friends. So…I told my Sts that we’d have a pretend DdA party & asked them to invite their BFF from school to celebrate it. #experienceculture #langchat
