@Mr_Rebs_ I don’t think this is necessarily a bad thing. Getting other studios involved is a good way to cultivate a community and add perspective. At the end of the day, those calls really paid off in MCC and peek through in Infinite

It’s interesting that multiple high-ranking developers told me the same exact stuff about Pierre, including he is over-credited for fixing Halo MCC. Another dev just contacted me to say they’re glad I reported it. These devs say he just outsourced everything for MCC, and is using his publishers mentality of outsourcing as much development as possible for Halo’s future. #Halo

Every 6 months on stream, I’ll go on a passionate rant that my entire hyperfixation with AC as a kid was Desmond, the Juno storyline, and all the cryptic modern day stuff, and it still BLOWS MY MIND they could just drop the main plot (to me) of the series after 3. 😭😭

In a recent Halo News video I covered some Halo news without properly giving credit of sourcing (screenshot of his video report), as requested by @Mr_Rebs_ Usually I do a vocal or visual shout out to his journalism (like screen sharing his tweets, etc) - but yesterday's video did not have either... (Which sucks balls of me, I did leave a description source link from the moment it was published though. That's not enough though on youtube). And I do apologize for that fuck up Rebs has thanked me for years for giving him credit in many of my videos with his journalism involved. If he commented, it was a Youtube comment, I would pin it as well. So honestly - I was under the impression we were cool. Even now though I'd invite him on the channel and do a video with him promoting his work. It deserves attention, and by no means I had the intention of taking credit of the investigation of sources. And I am very sure he knows this - but I understand why he feels frustrated and disrespected. To say I copy your entire video reports "word for word" just isn't true though. You can see for yourself I speak on the information in my own words - and add my own thoughts and experience to reflect on any news coming from the sources indepth. And you can just see this for yourself if you watch both of our videos side by side. I could say more on this but I'll just stop here for now. I'd love to talk to @Mr_Rebs_ directly so maybe we can come to something that makes him less resentful of me and my own work (and not make this a public ordeal) but he's blocked me on everything it seems. He has my discord in his DMs before he blocked me. Hopefully a mutual viewer can share this along to him. Thank you!
