@Propel_Water just out of curiosity is this normal? I have bought 2 packs before this and none of the bottles had this. The most recent pack I bought all have what ever this is in it. It’s the passion fruit guava flavor.

Unfortunately, I'm done with @Propel_Water. I have no idea what they put their bottle on with. But when it takes me using a pair of pliers to get it off, then I am done.

I am extremely distraught. I have bought FOUR cases (counted them) of black cherry propel in the last 5 weeks and the flavor is completely off. I am devastated. its the only kind of water I drink. it keeps me afloat. please advise @Propel_Water I need answers slash help
