The Prothean Institute studies what makes civilisations work and what makes them fail. Not as moral commentary. As structural, mechanical, predictive analysis. The project covers three connected layers. The civilisational substrate — the inherited code of faith, family, honour, and behavioural standards that produces cohesion when transmitted and collapse when it isn't. The institutional architecture — the design, capture, and decay of the structures that translate that substrate into governable order. And the political method — what actually works against a captured environment, studied across operators of every partisan stripe. The analytical anchor is Madison's insight in Federalist No. 51: durable institutions produce good outcomes from self-interested people. They do not rely on virtuous ones. Applied honestly, the standard reframes everything downstream. Civilisational decline is not moral failure. It is structural failure that became rational for the actors involved. The corrective is structural too. Three things are happening at once across the late-modern Anglosphere. American politics has diverged from the rest of the West. Western societies have diverged from their own historical foundations. And Anglosphere political classes have converged with each other — on a managed-decline trajectory — while their countries diverge from their own past. The Divergent Societies series maps how. After reading the report multiple times and in depth the biggest takeaways I found were: 1. The UK fails to report ethnicities and religions of abusers 2. No system at ALL is in place to treat the incidents as connected but treat them as singular and unrelated 3. The overwhelming majority of the rapes come from PAKISTANI MUSLIM men 4. Calling Keir Starmer a wanker is a compliment compared to what he actually is And of course they treat the victims as the criminals.

The entire Constitution and Bill of Rights are essential foundations on which conservatism can defend its ground. Sadly the Anglosphere lacks these which is why their decline is more acute. We write about this on our substack and in policy brief 'The Anchor'. @protheaninstitute/note/p-202667406?r=8fdj56" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">substack.com/@protheaninsti

Have we ever discovered what portion of the police in these regions were from the same ethnic communities as the rapists? In our heads we imagine the police we are familiar with, but there appears to be a deliberate pattern among the police actions that goes beyond negligence, indifference or fear of being labelled racist, and looks more like endorsement, complicity and, according to the testimony in the report, *participation*.

The UK rape gang inquiry report just dropped and it should make your blood boil: 1. At least 250,000 young White girls were groomed, raped, trafficked, and tortured. 2. Perpetrators followed consistent tactics of befriending vulnerable girls as young as 11 with gifts, drugs, and alcohol before subjecting them to group rapes, violence, blackmail, pregnancies, forced conversions, and trafficking. 3. UK institutions—including police, social services, schools, NHS, and politicians—catastrophically failed victims through denial, ignored reports, criminalization of victims, destruction of evidence, and prioritization of political correctness and fears of “racism” accusations over child protection. 4. 87–95% of convicted perpetrators in group-based child sexual exploitation cases were Muslim. It was predominantly Muslim Pakistani gangs. They operated across 149 local authority districts. Groups from Somali, Iranian, Syrian, Turkish, and other Muslim origins were also involved. 5. The Muslim perpetrators operated under an honour- and shame-based clan code that treated non-Muslim girls, especially White working class girls, as property available for sexual use. Girls were told that they’re “White trash” who deserved punishment. People need to go to prison for this.

@dvigilrpg This is clear evidence of who the good guys are. There is no way, the people perpetrating, enabling or hiding the rape of a generation of young British girls will ever be the good guys. x.com/i/status/20678…

1/ When the Catholic Church abuse scandal broke, the left (and many on the right) took to the streets. Survivors marched, activists demonstrated, ordinary Catholics turned on their own institution. They just demanded justice.

Nobody is being gang raped. Ok, so little girls are being gang raped but it's not that many. Well, little girls are getting gang raped, and it's a lot, but its not 250,000, its only 50,000. That's where we are now with the liberals.

@SpectatorOz Brexit was undermined by an entire buerocractic class that didn't believe in it. They then tried to deliver as much of EU policy as they could despite not being in the EU, while completely failing to exploit any of the opportunities Brexit created.

Was #BREXIT a mistake - or did politicians fail to implement what the public asked for? Next week, the UK will celebrate a decade since the Brexit vote. The decade that followed was one of political turmoil: five prime ministers in just twice as many years, and maybe a sixth to join them in just a few weeks. David Cameron hoped that a referendum might stop his party obsessing over Europe. Instead, the stalemate in parliament and acrimony that followed Brexit saw his party dealt a semi-fatal blow at the ballot box. To mark this anniversary, on Wednesday The Spectator asked those who played a key role in the events leading up to the vote: was Brexit a mistake? Article | spectator.com.au/2026/06/was-br…

@kevinnbass It's so hard to comprehend how evil the people who did this are. Most things are understandable looking at incentives. But this goes beyond just bad incentives. They are evil. x.com/i/status/20678…
