It’s not complicated. Donald Trump refuses to follow the law. He failed to return classified documents when asked & he obstructed justice by doing so. President Biden abides by the law. He & his team are cooperating. And, unlike Trump, he will not be going to jail.

@SharylAttkisson Also, intent matters. Biden's lies are inadvertent mistakes caused by his declining cognitive abilities. He truly remembers things that didn't happen and often forgets the things that did. It's very convenient but also heartbreaking.
