@JagexAsh Hiya. The OSRS wiki seems unclear - the Rift Guardian pet's base chance at blood runes (maybe Arceuus only) is 1/804,984, and at "everything else" 1/1,795,758. Does the Mory true blood altar share the rate with Arceuus blood altar, or "everything else"?

@justicearman I must have misspoken again. I LOVE the UA videos, I watch them voraciously. I meant, if (70% approval + good qualitative feedback) is the goal, how did those 4 feats not meet those goals? Do you know if there were identifiable reasons, like ardlings or other dropped UA have?

@justicearman Hello! Two Planescape: Adventures in the Multiverse (PAM) questions. 1. The Wonders of the Multiverse UA proposed four Elemental Plane feats, but PAM and other recent books didn't have those. Why were they rejected? See replies for #2.

@AnotherSkyn @JagexAsh I've been thinking of this exact same thing! I have a dupe voidwaker blade on my iron, but a main cute noob friend I'd love to give it to safely and securely, so he can sell it on the GE for cash. This would be great!

@JagexAsh do you think it would be possible to ever transfer items from an iron to a regular account in the same way a bond is used so that drop trading or pking isn’t necessary to transfer dupes etc.

@JagexAsh I ask because I'm considering hosting a hide-and-seek riddle/clue event for my clan and I'm brainstorming the elite and master difficulty locations. Turns out "Frogmen Refasten" is an anagram of Fragment of Seren and I just can't let that opportunity pass me by.

@JagexAsh I like the new profile pic! Now then, my question. The room in temple of light (me2 and death altar place) with the Fragment of Seren, that you can visit after SotE. Is that room instanced or can I bring my buddies in with me?

@JagexArcane It appears that (with the leagues drop multiplier) I'm 6x dry at shades of mortton for bloodbark scroll. Are you sure the multiplier affects silver and lower chests, not just gold chests?
