@memorydaze @TinaZimmermann4 I just checked w/my neighbor (it was his brother who took the Borax) and the super-white area on his back also has an outer area of dark brown circling it - like a build up of melanin. So, super-white inner blotch and dark brown outer ring. He has Slavic/British ancestry.
