It's worse than they are revealing. Those who were involved in the sell off knew how the circuit breaker algo works and gamed it. They triggered micro circuit breakers which reset the bigger circuit breaker that is usually talked about never getting triggered. This reset of the bigger circuit breaker gives extra wiggle room to game the system again within minutes. David Jensen found out about this and shared on Liberty and Finance after Jan 30.
