@Loccdawggg I think it also depends on what they are using like I know I can bench 225 both flat and 30° incline bench like 3-5 reps on a smith machine but one of the sets feels like my form is off. But on free weights bench that’s different.

The majority of people aren’t weak brother they’re just normal lol. 225 isn’t even common amongst gym goers. We’re the exception to the rule

I have such a hard time fathoming this because I’ve been benching 225 since i weighed 150lbs. Never been on Test or steroids either. It really is amazing looking around the world and realizing that majority of people are weak

Capitalism really did a number on us because “have to” isn’t remotely true. The only real necessity here might be running shoes. The rest is just for aesthetics

You’d think running is a cheap sport since it’s just running. But you quickly realize that’s far from the truth when you have to buy shoes, socks, a Garmin watch, subscribe to Strava, sign up for marathons, and get all the other running gear😭

So many Black films have been premiering on streaming and it’s bothering me. This is not a jab at any of these films. Just shows how difficult it is to get a Black film in theaters. Also some producers have bought into the idea of mostly making Black films FOR streaming.
