@quooker @quookeruk Reporting terrible service. A chap came in to serivice quooker. After he left I discovered he left behind a leak.
Have replied to email, filled the form on the website, tried chatting (but there was no human) and have spent 30 minutes on hold.

@HarlequinLearn @quookeruk Yeh agree just got a new installation on Friday, have a fault no answer on phone and website a waste of space pretty crap for an alleged large company brand new and I sent 3 forms 2 emails and phoned.

@quookeruk imagine my delight to wake up to a flooded kitchen and hallway as the Quooker valve failed AGAIN! Did not expect to be mopping the floors and dealing with the damage. The attached doesn't even show the volume. Only option is to turn it off = no kitchen tap water!
