We learned about the forces that act on flying objects: drag, lift, gravity and thrust. Today, I challenged the students to create something that can fly using only a specific amount of objects. They need to work as a group, plan, test, modify and retest! @RCSDmathscience

According to the European Research Council, the photo of a black hole "took one year, eight telescopes and a global network of scientists to produce". That doesn't sound too difficult. One year? Pff.
