The Broncos have disclosed some detail behind Corey Jensen’s pulmonary embolism.
The prop lost 10 kilograms in a week and required a litre of fluid to be drained from his lungs.
He’s been placed on blood thinners and is out for a minimum of three months - with coach Michael Maguire still hopeful he can be available for the clubs finals campaign.

I’m seeing these kinds of opinions about #NRL a LOT in last couple days- I’m assuming people thinking this have limited or no experience with developing countries at all.
For instance I doubt players signing on to Perth will need permanent security details or escorted vehicles

Not good news for the Raiders with Noah Martin needing surgery on both ankles, will see a specialist on Friday then surgery next week. Not sure on exact timeframe but maybe 8-10 weeks. #nrl
