Worked a treat for me on invertebrates (bryozoans). Paper coming soon! mitobim is not worth the time, nor GetOrganelle, not tried mitoZ.

@Thomieh @nanopore Hi @Thomieh, I have done this with pacbio but same problem, long product + PCR = chimeras bmcevolbiol.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.11…. Reduce PCR to an absolute minimum and use Usearch to remove chimeras. can always compare to reference seqeunces as well.
