I don’t like criticizing anyone associated with ECU, but it’s hard to ignore the bigger picture. As football continues to rise and ECU enters very early Power 4 conversation, one major obstacle remains: basketball.

This tells me that Harrell was 💯 running the defense. Otherwise, makes no sense for Aldridge to move to an inferior program with worse facilities, fan base, and tradition. #ECU #USF

With all the JDB talk, this one seemingly came out of nowhere. Aldridge did an admirable job coordinating the ECU defense in Year 1. Now off to a conference foe. Obviously Harrell as the former DC likely had a hand in the defense this year, and will probably continue to do so.

I'm strictly here for laughs. But to be #serious, Schwartz works his ass off. Seems like a great guy. I've really enjoyed every conversation I've had with him. All that is true. Unfortunately it's also true that this is the worst ECU basketball team I've ever seen. Gotta move on.

@WakeMBB 1st game Wake has been manhandled on the boards. Even vs a taller Michigan team they held their own. Hence, the 1st DD loss on the season. Shooting wasn’t great either, but big time improvement from the FT Line. …fix the boards, get some jumpers up, &keep Scrapping. Go Deacs!

Then sat upfront to watch him start a run of great years of Wake Basketball as my wife went there. Praying for the family. RR will be missed.
