Two top groups from the week went head-to-head to compete for the shield. High energy, great effort, and exactly the kind of competition that builds our culture. Proud of how these guys showed up⚔️🛡️

Had two guys crush it all week in the weight room couldn’t pick just one for the Hard Hat. So we settled it with a push-up battle. Whole team was fired up. Love seeing our guys compete like that.

Grit is trusting the work even when the outcome is uncertain. It’s falling short, learning fast, and lacing up again the next day. Champions aren’t separated by talent alone. They’re separated by resilience. By their willingness to suffer on purpose — for a purpose called growth.

This Friday we battled it out for the Shield using the reaction lights. It was close all the way through, but Group 6 pulled it off and took the Shield this week. Came down to the wire, great competition to finish out week1 of spring ball!!⚔️🛡️

Had our two best lifting groups battle it out for the Shield this week in a tiebreaker relay—100-yard gassers and a 30-yard farmer carry. Both groups pushed it to the limit, but Group 4 came out on top! Proud of the effort from everyone. #GRIT #SilverKnights🛡️
