I’m celebrating a year off the smokes today. One of the best things I ever did. I tried a few things over the years but I really found that the patches worked for me. No vape, no substituting, just quitting the habit. Give them a go. You can do it! 👀

This was the last of my patches which I wore yesterday. 10 weeks off the smokes today and glad to say I’ve been weaned off nicotine and I’ve broken the habit. These worked for me. If you’re thinking of quitting smoking, just bite the bullet and do it. 💪🏽
