@ByrdRacing Speaking of the Andretti legacy, Jarett Andretti made his Supermodified mark at @OswegoSpeedway! Tested in the No. 99 (Strong Racing), raced the Muldoon No. 1, and also drove the Snyder No. 0. He was named the Supermodified Rookie of the Year at the 'Steel Palace'!

Tales from the Racing Room (the BYRD Racing "Museum" in Greenwood, Indiana) August 1994 - Driving the Byrd/Hagan #14 Chevrolet Lumina, John Andretti made the first of his 11 starts in the inaugural Brickyard 400 79 drivers attempted to qualify (with an additional 7 drivers that were entered but did not make a qualifying attempt), and John would qualify and start 28th in the 43 car field, going on to finish 28th In the 1994 Indianapolis 500, John had started and finished 10th, while starting and finishing 28th in the 1994 Brickyard, giving him the distinction of being the only driver in history to start and finish both the Indy 500 and Brickyard 400 in the same position in the same year Fun fact: 1985 Indy 500 winner Danny Sullivan made his one and only NASCAR Cup Series start in the Inaugural Brickyard 400
