For the record. If you're an NSFW artist, don't collab with him. He claimed he could only afford 50% of my rate for animation. Claimed he loved the animation, but refused to post or retweet it after "realizing" 3 months later that I was an nsfw artist. Even though I said multiple times that I was. Instead only leaving a comment under my post even though he posts directly or rt's other artists. Then when I tried to communicate about it with him he ghosted completely.

If regulation is not placed SOON around copyright, we are going to loose unfathomable amounts of human creativity. Most developing artists rely on a small project-based work to get their foot in the door in an already gate-kept industry. Being a “starving artist” is looking like it may become less and less attainable without being forced to become “proficient in ai tools”. The pursuit of artistic excellence must be protected at all costs. It is built on hundreds of years of blood, sweat, and tears from uncredited and unpaid artists.
