Emergency. Hope she wins and is not overlooked again. The way Kangana Ranaut @KanganaTeam gives her heart & soul into every film.of hers, is amazing. But I find it more strange that her performances are overlooked in our other major awards like Zee, Filmfare, Indian Express... It's been years now, surely Bollywood can move on beyond what has been said? Why are people in Bollywood ignored, ostracized or criticised by their very own, simply for being honest? Because she was an outsider?

I don’t know who will win the National Award, but I have a feeling Kangana might be overlooked again — possibly because of politics. She absolutely deserved it for Thalaivii, and in my opinion, her performance in Emergency is even more award-worthy. I’m honestly not very hopeful this time, which would be unfair. If she does win, it’ll feel nothing short of a miracle — one that would reflect true recognition of talent and integrity. Let’s see what happens.
