The Christmas holiday holds a dark secret... Winter in December brought not Santa, but a terrifying creature that hunted children. A tradition so ancient, even the Christian Church couldn't fully erase it. Here's the full story...🧵

You can drift into comfort. You can drift into distraction. You can drift into mediocrity. But you cannot drift upward to Greatness. Every system in nature obeys this rule. Entropy is free. Order is not. Progress requires force, direction applied repeatedly, against resistance. If upward movement were natural, excellence would be common. People don’t fail because they choose failure. They fail because they stop choosing. They confuse motion with direction. Activity with progress. Busyness with intent. Drift might feel “safe”. But not in a long game. It removes responsibility. It offers plausible deniability. The cost of it: what you don’t deliberately build, decays. Momentum doesn’t maintain itself. Standards don’t hold themselves. Meaning doesn’t defend itself. Upward trajectories are engineered through constraints, systems, and discipline. Everything else slides downward by default. Are you a drifter?
