Tested DeepSeek’s new vision mode today. Took an image I made with Grok Imagine yesterday, dropped it in, and only told it “Elon meme” — nothing else. It’s actually pretty strong at recognizing object types, and the summary’s got some personality to it! Though word is it still can’t even identify its own founder Liang Wenfeng… 😂 Gotta keep working on it

Grok finally has its own web browser! Introducing Xplorer — an independent Chromium-based browser with deep Grok integration. The Chrome experience you know and love, now powered by Grok at its core: - Grok as your default search engine - Floating “Grok it” button on every page - Grok Build — describe any app and watch it come to life in a tab No extensions needed. Just ask @grok

SpaceX has now launched more cumulative payloads than the rest of the entire world combined Launch log through June 12, 2026: - SpaceX: 15,262 - Rest of world: 15,138 That is insane when you actually look at the chart The rest of the world had a 61-year head start Then SpaceX showed up and once it started scaling Falcon 9, the line basically went vertical A complete change in the slope of human spaceflight

@teortaxesTex Very happy to hear that!!! The USA and China are both heading toward AGI; there shouldn't be a war, but they should compete and work together in a friendly manner. Just like what Kimi and Cursor did

Just finished Dead Poets Society and the ending genuinely got to me... Carpe Diem! 😭 This film gave me a fresh take on American culture from decades ago. I always thought the US back then was already pretty open and equal, but the family situation with Neil really caught me off guard. Does anyone have more context on the historical background of the movie? Super curious what that era was actually like.

What really got me was how the movie slowly pulled someone with zero background knowledge into the emotions and pressures of that era—it was such an incredible feeling. Halfway through I was still wondering why it had won an Oscar, but by the ending everything clicked and I completely understood. The only part that still feels strange to me is the subplot where Knox pursues Chris. That kind of persistence comes across pretty oddly through our cultural lens.
