If “the Constitution is not a suicide pact,” today’s birthright citizenship ruling is a major step backward.
Modern global travel, the liberal love affair with open-borders policies, and a dangerous international security environment make this decision an immediate national security threat.
It’s past time for a constitutional amendment.

It’s a perversion of self-government.
Judicially mandating that foreigners are entitled to birth US citizens against the wishes of the people as reflected in law means we cease to be our own rulers.

That an invader cannot unilaterally assert jurisdiction against a sovereign is the most ancient principle of nation states articulated in the Declaration we celebrate this week. No court opinion can change that, especially when courts don't hand out citizenship documents.

Today’s United States Supreme Court decision is not only a betrayal of American sovereignty, but a direct attack on our national security.
Because of birthright citizenship, foreigners are being born on our soil, groomed by communists and globalists, and embedded into our society. They are running for OUR political offices. They are collecting American benefits. And they are actively colonizing our country.
In response I have just introduced the ANCHORS AWAY Act, legislation that BANS all pregnant aliens from entering the USA.

We are in the first stages of secession.
Mamdani considers New York an independent city-state, with it's own foreign policy, immigration policy, and economic policy. He does not recognize the legitimacy of the federal government or even the United States as a nation to any extent beyond that which his party can directly control or benefit from financially.
He does not talk about himself as an American, nor does he speak of New York as a component of the United States. Quite the opposite, in fact.
And aside from his official portraits, he is never voluntarily photographed with or around an American flag. And he is WAY too conscious of optics for that to be anything other than deliberate.
He (and the DSA with him) will use the power of this city to wage a soft civil war against the nation itself.
It is LONG PAST TIME for an appropriately severe reaction from the federal government. The Constitution is not a suicide pact. This is not politics, this is the enemy.

True justice is individual. It exists only to protect a person’s life, liberty, and property from aggression. The same clear rules apply to everyone, regardless of skin color, ancestry, or group grievances.
No special treatment. No collective score-settling.
Social justice and “collective rights” do the opposite.
They turn an inconvenience or conflict involving one person into a supposed crime against his entire identity group.
The state then feels entitled to bend procedures, evidence standards, and equal protection to “protect” the narrative of that group.
This is how you manufacture a two-tier system where some individuals are worth more than others depending on which demographic box they check.
The dying man gets handcuffed while officers entertain the killer’s racism claim.
Facts become secondary to group identity.
That is the destruction of justice.
Tribal collectivism dressed up as morality.
Hayek saw where this road leads. Britain is already on it. Reject the mirage before the rule of law collapses for everyone.

If the GOP has ANY gumption left (a big if) they would pursue this. If you have indicated that you do not have allegiance to the United States, this should be grounds for being removed from office at a minimum.

This is grounds to not seat her. The oath of office is not some boilerplate formality. It’s a legally binding component of our government, designed specifically to prevent people like Chevalier from holding office in America. The GOP majority must make it clear that individuals who cannot uphold their oath in good faith will not be seated. And helping to found a group whose stated mission is to ‘eradicate America’ is the most plain and obvious conflict with the oath you could possibly imagine. We need to fight the DSA with every tool available. EVERY tool. Because make no mistake — they’ll put us all up against the wall as soon as they have the chance.
