One thing I've noticed: The average person doesn't care whether a product is Web2 or Web3. They care whether it's useful. Crypto CT spend a lot of time talking about infrastructure. Normal users spend a lot of time asking: "Why should I open this app tomorrow?" That's one reason @sleepagotchi caught my attention. The product isn't asking users to care about crypto first. It's giving them a reason to come back, then letting everything else sit in the background. The projects that answer that question consistently are probably the ones with the biggest upside.
