Excited to launch the "summer" w/ stops for 2 CT District Leadership Retreats this week. Each school year offers an opportunity to reflect on experiences & answer "What's Next"? As an Ed Leader-What's 1 practice that went well? What's 1 new practice to try? #feedforward @ATep46

Can't say enough about past 2 days w/ this small but mighty group from Rocky Hill PS in CT! Missing one in the pic (& the group will forever chuckle about it🤣)! They showed endless amounts of stamina & brought home improvements for quality feedback for colleagues!! 🤩 @ATep46

@ATep46 still on flights on way back from great trip to AZ. Squeezed in a great hike & a driverless-ride (Waymo) in between meetings w/new AZ district friends & our #feedback workshop w/ @azedschools Elevate Program. Was an honor to meet and begin work w/these passionate AZ Eds.
