Sinopep, the Chinese pharmaceutical company with @US_FDA-cleared access to America's drug supply chain, has an embedded Chinese Communist Party (CCP) cell inside its corporate structure that reports directly to CCP superiors in Beijing. This is not a metaphor. This is not an exaggeration. Sinopep's own corporate filings describe a formal CCP cell within the company that is responsible for employee trainings and indoctrination. The cell supervises the activities of employees who are CCP members, and because of the career advantages that CCP membership provides in China, this likely includes many of Sinopep's managers and decision-makers. The guiding ideology of this CCP cell is "Xi JinPing Thought on the New Era of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics For a New Era ." For those who don't know, Xi Jinping Thought is a school of political philosophy that explicitly calls for a paradigm shift in international politics with the stated goal of diminishing American power and influence. It dictates that the CCP should hold ultimate authority over every aspect of China's political, military, and economic affairs. Sinopep's own company documents describe the cell's goal as follows: "through various means, effectively transform the CCP's theoretical advantages into the ideological driving force for the company's development." They are not hiding it. They are telling you in their own filings that CCP ideology is the driving force behind their company strategy. And under China's National Intelligence Law, Sinopep is legally required to hand over any data that Beijing requests. ANY DATA. That includes information on American patients, U.S. drug manufacturing capacity, and proprietary intellectual property from U.S. pharmaceutical partners. This company has no legal ability to say no to Beijing. And yet despite knowing this, the FDA approved them to operate inside America's drug supply chain. It’s absolutely shocking!! This is one of the most egregious failures of regulatory oversight I have ever investigated. @DrMakaryFDA @SecKennedy please take action on this.
