@ScrawtV Light Knuckle change is huge, but none of the top tiers really got hit in any meaningful way so he still just kinda sucks

@nabilm19_ I think I like 99% agree with this list, I would only move Guile one tier higher and maybe switch Sagat and Mai

Final tier list before patch, some notes:
- cammy downfall gotta be studied, this shit is gonna be so scary when she gets buffed to top 5..
- ed needs to disappear from this earth
- a lot of these characters become more viable if the top 5 get hit, without getting direct buffs

Done with ranked until the Alex Patch, EU Matchmaking is really exhausting right now
