I just built a Brand Operating System inside Claude Cowork 🤯
A connected system of files that every skill automatically reads from, so your hook writer, brief generator, and script writer all speak in your exact brand voice.
All inside Claude Cowork.
Perfect for DTC brands and agencies tired of generic AI output that sounds like every other brand in their category.
If you're opening a new Claude chat and re-explaining your brand, re-pasting your voice guidelines, and re-describing your customers every single time, a Brand OS fixes the entire loop:
→ Build 3 foundation files once per brand
→ Every skill you create reads from the Brand OS automatically
→ Hook writer pulls your voice + customer pain points
→ Brief generator pulls your positioning + angles
→ Script writer pulls the brief + brand DNA
→ Every output is calibrated to your brand on the first pass
No re-briefing Claude on every chat.
No editing for an hour to fix generic AI phrasing.
No creative that sounds like it could belong to any brand.
What you get in the playbook:
→ The exact Brand OS file structure I use
→ Templates for all 3 files you can fill in for any brand
→ The architecture that makes every Claude skill 10x sharper
→ The exact setup for agencies running a Brand OS per client
For agencies: this is how you build a perfect, reusable knowledge base for every client on your roster.
Set up the Brand OS once per client, and every campaign after that is already calibrated.
I put together a full playbook with the file templates, the architecture, and the exact setup process so you can build your own Brand OS for your brand or your clients.

We made $500K+ from AI characters.
6 characters. 7M+ followers.
And we’re just getting started…
While everyone else is:
copying
or selling courses about things they never did.
You can copy the system.
But you can’t copy the mind behind it.
That’s why most people never win.
The biggest AI characters selling ebooks right now?
Either ours… or our students.
I’d put $10K on that.
We don’t chase traffic.
We own attention.
I broke down exactly how we think about this.
RT this + comment “guide”
and I’ll send it

6. It's not elastic. A true currency needs to have elastic supply. Even gold could have an elastic supply within a range. An inelastic supply is too prone to shocks, both on the up- and downside.

3. It's far too volatile to be considered a store of value. Even if rates could be set against it, those rates would be astronomical due to the risk premium of its volatility
4. Even though fiat currencies are in trouble and it will probably get worse, revaluation will likely be against gold, not crypto.
5. Governments may go to crypto but they will simply create crypto versions of their own currencies, which will give them far greater control.

I don't believe in it as a replacement to sovereign currencies for a few reasons:
1. Governments would never let go of the power of printing money. Henry Kissinger famously said, "if you control money, you control the world."
2. BTC is far too illiquid and shallow a market. There is no bond market for BTC, for example, which means rates could never be set against it.

I put the entire Claude GTM Agency Playbook into ONE Notion doc.
10 modules. No fluff.
- What Claude Code does for GTM agencies, how to start, and the core use cases including the Shoptalk cookie editor method
- How to onboard clients end to end in 6 steps from a single Slack trigger to live campaigns
- How to build sending infrastructure in 5 minutes instead of 40 and what breaks it
- How to build campaigns automatically: offer bible, generation flow, feedback loop, and reporting
- Which channel to use and when: the 10x reply rate gap between LinkedIn and email and the allbound model
- Two signal-based plays to build now: event outreach plus social listening, and competitor displacement
- How to run the webinar play for outbound-led inbound on LinkedIn without burning deliverability
- What Clay's pricing change means for agencies and the 4 moves to make now
- How to set up OpenClaw for autonomous prospecting without breaking compliance
- The 3 advantages of the AI-native agency, the copy risk, and what the GTM engineer role is becoming
This is the playbook I would have KILLED for before spending months figuring out how to run a GTM agency on Claude Code without rebuilding everything from scratch every time a client onboards.

I went to a private millionaires–only mastermind with 12 young entrepreneurs selling digital products and info, each person making 7 to 9 figures per year (in LA, Beverly Hills)
I've never felt so behind and broke even tho im making millions already
people were making millions with ebooks and courses on a variety of topics/niches: Ecom, Tik Tok shop, websites, etc
I've gathered some secret business methods including :
1) how they're getting millions of views per week
2) converting those views into $3K+ sales daily
3) how to automate the entire thing and build systems
4) breakdown example of posts and products sold
5) show you how many sales, sales calls, entire funnel
6) case studies : how complete beginners scaled to $100K+ per month within 8 months with the right methods
7) and how you can get started :)

This quarter, I’ve closed multiple $1M+ without a slide deck.
I’m using a single AI tool. Today, I want to share it, free.
After signing, a prospect asked me how we created the site. They were so wow-ed they wanted it for their own clients.
Here’s what floored them: it took a single designer 5 minutes to prompt and launch.
The AI chains together 6 key parts of our sales process, turning a 18-page deck into a single, personalized website.
When they asked, I gave them this template and workflow.
Now I want to share it for free:

HOW LATAM OPERATORS ARE PRINTING $50K-$300K/MO WITH AI UGC
And the exact tool they're using
No cameras - No creators - No production teams
Clone viral formats with custom AI characters
Generate 50-100 reel variations per day
Scale across 30+ accounts with 3-5 people
RT + "LATAM" and I'll DM you the tool they use

Podcast clip ads are UNFAIR.
They’ve generated over $25M for our clients this year.
I’m giving away the complete guide on how we create them:
- The reason behind why podcast-style ads are better than UGC
- Production setup guides (camera angles, mics, lighting)
- Real examples that have scaled to over $100k/month in spend
