For most of my life, I had my blood pressure taken at the doctor's office with no idea what it actually was, let alone what a good number or bad number was 😅

Of course, through knowing what your goals are and understanding the technology, you can figure out how blood pressure monitoring could fit into your life. Whether it be for occasional tests, or for regular measurements.

Unless you are looking at long-term trends and/or have a highly optimised or predictable lifestyle where little changes canbe noticed in the minutia of these readings, it can be tricky to use this metric as a longevity or health optimisation metric at all.
