Unfortunately Colorado didn't sentence him to another long sentence like Iowa did (3 years) & he even made parole which is criminal in of itself since he's a repeat offender even after 25 years in prison, so he's out and as of 2 months ago is living in Illinois.
Shame on the CO Judge & Parole board for giving him another chance to be free, the justice system has a real problem with protecting kids.

@ItsJordanMosley Out of over 600 of these guys we've caught, this guy is still one of the worst, he had already spent lengthy time in prison for sexually abusing children, and was out attempting it again which is exactly why they should never be released.

Former teacher Jamie Varley has been found guilty of the murder, sexual assault, infliction of grievous bodily harm, and four counts of child cruelty relating to 13-month-old Preston Davey. His partner, John McGowan-Fazakerley, was also found guilty of allowing the death of a child, child cruelty, and sexual assault. The couple were in the process of adopting Preston. Just four months after being placed with them, Preston was taken to hospital unconscious and in cardiac arrest. Despite efforts to save him, he died. They will be sentenced on Thursday, 18th of June at Preston Crown Court.
