A Tournament with $60 entry fee $30 for GC Teams Full Transparent budgeting and $2500 prizepool with 64 teams (scalling down depending how how many team) plus multiple VCL teams already signed up Imo no brainer to play even if its just a pug to keep the tier 3 scene thriving.

Focus on building problem solving skills, your team will love you and at the very least its less annoying then pointing out "if we just stop dying on ecos we will win more" everyone knows so provide something more.

There are different solutions based on different comps and playstyles always. Don't just stick with the same solution for different problems. Ranked also doesn't apply because you can give a solution and they will just mute and run it down b-main anyway.

My biggest pet peeve is players/coaches who say the problem and repeat it non stop and say "stop doing that" example "stop peaking them we keep losing the early fight" or "stop fighting after we have advantage" with no real solution to the problem. Cont.
