Last week we engaged in dialogue with several academics. During discussing elements hindering the progress of #RecognitionRewards, an interesting and important question arose: 'How can we be creative in making hidden power mechanisms more open and transparent?'

It was great to represent the members of @APNetherlands, together with @StephanHacker2, in Amsterdam at the @_knaw. There's still a lot to be done within the @RecogRewards framework to arrive at a stable system that actually benefits especially early career #researcher in the NL.
