We are deeply saddened to share that Dr. Jim Brownson passed away on Friday, surrounded by his family. Jim was a brilliant New Testament scholar and Reformation Project board member whose book "Bible, Gender, Sexuality" has had a profound impact. He will be greatly missed.

Hear why New Testament scholar Richard Hays felt compelled to publicly state that he had changed his mind on same-sex relationships. He shared this at the @centerpeaceinc conference in October, and sadly, he passed away earlier this month. Change is possible—thank you, Dr. Hays!

Preston Sprinkle and N.T. Wright have argued that the biblical writers would've been aware of same-sex marriages similar to those in our society. But they both mischaracterize the ancient texts they cite. My new, in-depth video response: reformationproject.org/same-sex-marri…

Today, we celebrate the good news: that Jesus died for our sins, and on the third day, he was raised from the dead. "If we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall certainly be united with him in a resurrection like his" (Romans 6:5). Happy Easter—he is risen!
