Leadership isn’t about getting it right every time. We're helping our 10th grade cohort learn, grow and tackle challenges together. At a @seeds_training leadership workshop, students built teamwork skills and learned to turn mistakes into opportunities. #GEARUPWorks

In the next phase of our Next Level Scholars series, 10th grade students continued their college readiness journey, hearing from Ivy League alumni, starting the writing process, building interview skills, exploring college match and fit and learning how to close financial gaps.
