A24 using a photo of my wallpaper in a teaser for the literal Backrooms movie is something I never would’ve believed

@RegularlyBlue3d If I could ask, how'd you get the lighting & coloring so accurate? It was one of the hardest parts of my teaser model

@Teaflings_ There is, you might be thinking of the Backrooms series by Kane Parsons (Kane Pixels on YouTube). He's also directing the Backrooms movie

@RegularlyBlue3d I've read that post. Just feels like there was a web series of videos or something that people reference more than just that simple post.

@Teaflings_ The Backrooms concept started when a photo of an old furniture store surfaced online in a 4chan thread in 2019, and the post had a short paragraph describing the concept written below. Just search "Backrooms original post" on Google

@RegularlyBlue3d I've played some shovelware backrooms games but I actually have never seen any of the original videos. What should I see that started the whole backrooms thing? I'm pretty out of the loop about original/official stuff.

@Azrael_WaV3 I was self-taught! Been using Blender for 2 and a half years now. I'd suggest following some tutorials and making as much as you possibly can ;)
