DIGGER trailer revealed at CinemaCon. The film tells the story of Digger Rockwell (Tom Cruise), an oil baron whose drilling on the ice shelf of Greenland causes the breaking of massive icebergs that threaten billions of lives worldwide. John Goodman plays the US president who tasks Rockwell to fix the crisis, that escalates into a global nuclear war. The film looks incredible. Think Doctor Strangelove meets Birdman meets Don't Look Up meets The Death of Stalin. Already it looks like this year's One Battle After Another. The production design is surrealistic and hilarious and terrifying. Cruise is under heavy prosthetics but gives a performance reminiscent of Tropic Thunder. LFG.

Look, it’s obviously hard for Martin - he’s no spring chicken anymore! “But he still has great enthusiasm for the club and, to be honest, that’s half the battle.”
