My wife, son and I are going on 10 days without heat or hot water after our boiler and hot water heater died. @RelianceCares was supposed to have a technician come out to do the pre-inspection and install, but they've dropped us three times in a row. Reliance does not care.

Frustrated w/ @RelianceCares We bought our home in 2020, took over a water heater contract with 6 yrs left. In 2022, the heater broke, & they replaced it under the 10yr contract. Now we're told the contract restarted without our consent, extending payments for 10 more years

@RelianceCares - asked Reliance for proof of signed contract. They cannot produce it but refuse to remove the products in my house from previous owner. There defense is that they have a "verbal agreement" with the previous owner.

@RelianceCares customer service sucks!! I own house. House will be up in April from a separation. Cannot afford these pkgs but reliance cares so much about them getting paid then me buying groceries. Just be aware they apparently only do contracts locked in and don’t care!

@RelianceCares I am long time customer of Reliance. Recently I was upsold a home comfort plan without the representative telling me it comes with a one year term. This never happened before Reliance was not duplicitous like that. I expect to have my plan removed without penalty
