Hi, Your exposed risk was way above the threshold of anything that is within normal trading parameters - as we have a strict policy against 'All or nothing' styles of trading, this had unfortunately resulted in what the passes team had communicated to you; we cannot allow you to have that much of exposed risk for that long of a period of time. Such a blatant mismanagement of risk from your part for a long period of time was the reason why your funding was denied and a re-take was issued. Objectively, XAUUSD has been the most volatile and hostile pair in terms of volume and price movement, with the amount of time you had exposed that amount of risk for, we deemed it correct to deny funding at that moment in time, we had hoped to come to an amicable resolution by issuing you an retake of your evaluation. Everytime I ask a question I get told to wait for response on email to which I don't get a response from apart from the fact that they've received theemail

3) I've also emailed support as they've told me to and they could not give me a straight answer and just told me to be more patient. I've then asked an admin on Discord about this and I was left with a week ban from talking in there which made it seem really dodgy.

2) I've contacted support numerous times but the responses have been poor. I understand that there was delays due to uncontrollable circumstances however this has gone on long past the date announced on the Discord. To clarify I've spoken to the Web support countless times..

After I messaged on the Discord to ask about this I was timed out for a week which makes it seem really scummy from the customers perspective.

@RamosTwiit @Bespoke_Funding Also your wording here makes it look like you made profit in funded stage. It was challenge phases only. Hence why the refunds are being issued. People throwing ‘scam’ out there as normal, but it’s wording that makes them think that too.

Dear Twitter, I know I have been quite inactive on here. Been quite busy with life. The last thing I want to do is make this public, but I have no other choice. I bought 1 MILLION worth of funding from @Bespoke_Funding. During the whole MT5 situation I decided that I wanted a refund for the accounts as I couldn’t trade them with the copytrader, all of my 10 x 100K accounts where in profit 3.9K. I reached out to their customer service and they assured me that it would not be a problem. Following this they agreed to give me a refund, they then go ahead and breach all of my 10 x 100K accounts (which is not bad because I’m under the impression I’m getting my refund). It’s been almost two months, I’ve had over 60 EMAILS, with their customer service and I hear the same thing over and over, “we will reach out to you in due time” , “we’ve left this with the finance department”. I mentioned this in the discord, and I got removed and banned from the server. I am not under the impression that the CEO is a bad person, I enjoyed trading with them. I believe they are good. But this needs to be fixed. I am owed $3860.73. Please retweet this so I can get some help.. @TraderBach @PropFirmMatch @propfirmbrigade @KalerBFP
