As much as i rate Ed at times i just know we would constantly clash. He doesnt like the truth and there's a reason he doesn't have people round him that he can't intimidate. He tried the hard man act on neons subathon and eventually they all laughed at him.

The truth is Ed is an elite side character. He might hate the fact but he just doesn't have the brains/commitment to be a leader. Even on Neons streams/ Clavs streams he's funny as fuck but as soon as he's got real responsibility he folds and crashes out or sleeps the day away.

Serious input here - When you meet with Ice today if nothing else get his input into what you can do to improve the tour both geographically and content wise. He's done plenty of these before with a lot less budget and a lot less complaining and sleep.
